Yeast Inoculation, and the Giants!!!

Here’s a quick video taken last week during the Giants Victory parade…  Just to give everyone a quick update on the progress on all of our wines the Quartz Block Zinfandel, and Vista Luna Petite Sirah are both down to barrel.  Still in tank is our Russian River Sauvignon Blanc (probably the longest fermentation ever!! going to be awesome!) and our Haystack Peak Cabernet Sauvignon which I’ll be posting a video on tomorrow, hope everyone enjoyed the World Series victory, I had hoped to be at the victory parade but sadly I was turning grapes into alcohol.
