Last time we visited the Quartz Block Zinfandel it was at the peak of ferment, we were making additions to build up its nutrients, punch it down, and aerating the tank. In this video you get to see the process of how we get the wine from the tank to barrel and then an inside look, figuratively and literally, of shoveling out the pomace from inside which goes to make the press fraction of wine.
